Terms of use
Last updated Nov 7, 2026.
These terms apply when you use the Sober Tracker app or this website.
1. Who we are
Sober Tracker is made by Anmol Kulshreshtha, an independent developer. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Anmol Kulshreshtha.
2. What the app is
Sober Tracker is a self-help app to count sober days and get through urges. It is not a medical service and does not give medical advice. If you drink heavily every day, talk to a doctor before you stop.
3. Sober Plus and payments
Tracking is free. Sober Plus is optional and paid: a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is made through your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. The yearly plan has a 3-day trial for eligible new subscribers; if you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Refund requests are handled by Google Play under its policies.
4. Your data
What you enter in the app stays on your phone. The privacy policy explains how the app and this website handle data.
